Terms and Conditions

1. All orders are shipped by Pamper Hamper from the warehouse in Cape Town. Any order less than R3500 excl. VAT will be charged a R250 excl. VAT packing and delivery fee. All orders over R3500 excl VAT will be sent for free.


2. Existing customers orders will be put on account if they have one otherwise all other customers will be on a prepaid basis, we will send you a proforma invoice and a deposit can be made based on this, thereafter the order will be sent. Before anything is sent or packed Melanie will call you to make sure the quantities ordered are correct as people often make little mistakes.

3. Only "bona fide" retailers or businesses may order from us. We will not deliver to any members of the public. Turnaround time per order is about 4 to 5 working days for main city centres and 7 working days for outlying areas.

4. Any defective goods or queries on any orders need to be taken up with head office within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will not cover any broken or short delivered items after this time-period.

5. Our warehouse and office hours are from Mon to Thurs 7:30am – 4:30pm and Fridays 7:30am – 4pm. Our reps are on the road every week-day and if arranged with them can come and see you on weekends.

6. Once registered your details will remain on our website database and only go onto our office accounts database once an order has been placed. Registering on this site does not mean you will automatically become loaded onto our office Omni accounts system. Please see below for POPI act data collection and storage.

 

CONDITIONS OF USE - the legal stuff

CLIENT COMMUNICATION

To keep you informed of important and relevant industry, product and company information and news we may provide communication to you through electronic communications, which may include email. If you do not wish to receive specific communications that you are subscribed to you may opt-out by following the opt-out procedure in such messages.

RETENTION OF RECORDS

Your personal information is only processed and retained for as long as the purpose it was collected for continues, or for as long as required to comply with legal or regulatory requirements or to protect Waterhouse’s legal interests. This may result in your information being retained for longer than any minimum period required by law. In the case that you do not accept a proposed service offering we will retain your records for a minimum of two years in case you contact us or we wish to contact you regarding our service offerings.
